Book: Practically Perfect
I'm reading this right now. It's pretty lightweight and entertaining which is about how much mental energy I have to devote to reading at the moment anyway. I take books to hospitals and read them when one of my parents is asleep or away for tests.
But the reason I'm loving this book is it features a retired racing greyhound, Caroline. It takes me right back to having greyhounds and what truly wonderful dogs they are. And it makes me remember what it was like when we had our first, fourteen years ago. They are so special.
So if you're a greyhound lover and want a quick amusing read, with a very lovely greyhound as its centerpiece, this one's for you.
